Who I Am
I grew up in Colorado, came to Southern California for Pepperdine, and stayed. Home is San Juan Capistrano.
Before real estate I spent more than 15 years in luxury leasing and sales. The lesson that carried over is that deals are won on preparation and follow-through, not charm.
For you, that means I'll tell you what a home is actually worth, even when it's not the number you hoped for. I'll pick up the phone. And I'll negotiate like the money is mine.
I work all of Orange County, with clients in Los Angeles and San Diego too.
I also run Venture: Orange County (ventureoc.com), a local guide to the food, events and neighborhoods across the county. It keeps me current on what each area is like day to day, and that's what my clients are really buying.
